and maintain a written   Affirmative Action Program (AAP)
in accordance with federal regulations at all establishments
(locations) with 50 or more employees (total workforce) with
a contract of at least $50,000 or more.

AAPs must be developed for:
  • Minorities and Women
  • Disabled Veterans, Recently Separated Veterans, Other Protected
    Veterans, and Armed Forces Service Medal Veterans
  • Individuals with disabilities
