As a condition of doing business with the federal
government, federal contractors and sub-contractors must
develop and maintain written Affirmative Action
Programs (AAPs) in accordance with Executive Orders,
Acts and federal regulations at all establishments/.
AAPs must be developed for:
- Minorities and Women
- Disabled Veterans, Recently Separated Veterans, Other Protected
Veterans, and Armed Forces Service Medal Veterans
- Individuals with disabilities
