AA/EEO Compliance Group is staffed with former Compliance Officers with the U.S. Department of
Labor, Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). We will conduct all the analyses
necessary to provide your company with an affirmative action program that is accurate amended,
Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, Section 4212 of the Vietnam Era Veteran's
Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974, as amended, Jobs for Veterans Act (JVA) of 2002, as amended
and other Acts and Executive Orders. We will work together with your company’s staff to assemble all
the essential employment data that is necessary for the conduct of the Affirmative Action Program
and required analyses to include all the required reports.
